Jinyi Xie

Jinyi is a Law Graduate / Trainee at YK Law Melbourne, training in property law and conveyancing under the supervision of Director David Xue. Her work spans residential conveyancing files, contract and title review, settlement adjustments, PEXA settlement preparation, and liaison with clients, agents and lenders. Her training is designed to build practical skills in Victorian property and conveyancing procedure, legal drafting and professional correspondence, and the use of practice systems including PEXA and Smokeball — with the goal of assisting on matters more independently as her training progresses. All of her work is reviewed by her supervisor before it reaches a client.
