A downloaded template is not a valid Victorian will.
A valid will in Victoria has formal requirements — written, signed and witnessed correctly — that a template rarely satisfies, and cross-border family assets add another layer most templates don't address at all. We draft and update wills, testamentary trusts and powers of attorney, and act for executors and beneficiaries once a matter is underway.
