David Xue (薛昭鹏) is the Founding Partner, Managing Partner and Director of YK Law Melbourne, admitted to practise before the High Court of Australia and the Supreme Court of Victoria. He advises on cross-border banking and finance, corporate and commercial matters, and property and conveyancing, with a particular focus on building litigation-risk safeguards around clients' Australian business activities, and supervises the firm's law graduates and trainees.
